To get you up and running quickly, TCA provides a 1-day professional development workshop on-site. Taught by a master educator, this workshop prepares teachers, counselors, curriculum specialists, and administrators for immediate implementation of our successful Test Prep program.

Job-Embedded Professional Development

With TCA's Job-Embedded Professional Development, we have developed a cost-effective solution to establishing objectives, benchmarks, and evaluative assessments that help your teachers take their students to a higher level of readiness and achievement in high-stakes testing. Our consultants come to your school during the school day and work with your teachers in a classroom or lab situation to refine their understanding of our Data Reporting and Management System. In addition, we work with you to design a Test Prep Action Plan  and show you how to evaluate and apply student data to generate lessons that address the needs of large groups or individual students. We help you achieve proven results that are data driven.
